When we are babies, if well taken care and healthy, we are enthralled with our surroundings. We reach out and soak in colors, sounds, and motion despite the fact we have no idea what makes these things happen. God values children…Matthew 19: 13-15, “Then little children were brought to Jesus for Him to place His hands on them and pray for them. But the disciples rebuked those who brought them. Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” When He had placed His hands on them, He went on from there.”

If, as His grown children, we desire God’s hands to be placed also on us in blessing, then let us mimic the little children by living innocent lives and filling our mouths with praise for Him and the wonder of His creation.

Sincerely,
Renee
